2019 Girls 16/17 Player Development Camp

The 2019 Girls 16/17 Player Development Camp took place June 25-July 1, 2019, Herb Brooks Hockey Center in St. Cloud, Minn.

The camp provided the United States’ top girls players born in 2002 and 2003 with age-appropriate on- and off-ice training and coaching from elite-level instructors, as well as the opportunity to compete against their peers from across the country. To be eligible for the Girls 16/17 Camp, players must be in the 2002 & 2003 birth years, must be a U.S. citizen, and must have participated in her district tryout process. The Girls 16/17 Camp roster featured 144 players on 8 teams of mixed 2002 & 2003 rosters with 6 defense, 10 forwards, and 2 goalies per team.

Additionally, the camp was used to determine the players advanced to fill the Girls U18 Select Camp roster. 

Veronica Bac, Anna Bargman, Ellie Bayard, Evelyne Blais-Savoie, Ahsley Clark, Hannah Corneliusen, Mary Kate O'Brien, Ellie Reiter, McKenzie Rich and Kylie Roberts were the forwards selected. Karley Garcia and Rachel Golnitz were selected amongst the defense. Goaltenders Grace Campbell, Holly Gruber, McKinley Hoff, Callie Shanahan, Paige Taborski and Amanda Thiele were also selected to advance.
