First established in 2024, the Women's Sled Series, featuring the U.S. Women's Development Sled Hockey Team and Canada, is an annual competition between the North American rivals.

The 2025 Women's Sled Series is set for March 26-29, 2025, at at Canada Games Park in Thorold, Ontario. The team will be joined by the U.S. National Sled Team, which is also competing in a three-game series vs. Canada. 

The U.S. went 3-0-0-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L) in the inaugural series at MAYSA Arena in Minot, N.D., in March 2024, outscoring Canada 17-2 over three contests.
