Jeff Winslow, assistant athletic director and head athletic trainer at the University of Minnesota, is serving as an athletic trainer for the U.S. National Junior Team at the 2026 IIHF World Junior Championship.
The St. Paul, Minnesota, native joined Minnesota in 2007 and began his tenure with the men's ice hockey program in 2009. He was elevated to the role of assistant athletic director and head athletic trainer for Olympic sports in 2021.
Winslow received a Bachelor of Science from Winona State University before serving as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Syracuse University. He graduated from Syracuse with a Master of Science degree in 2007.
Winslow is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and MN State Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT). He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers Association (GLATA) and the Minnesota Athletic Trainers Association (MATA). He is proficient in Upper and Lower Body Active Release Techniques (ART®), holds certification in Graston Technique® M1 & M2, Blood Flow Restriction training (BFR) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Winslow also has presented at numerous local and international conferences/symposiums.
