The 2020-21 U.S. National Sled Hockey Team will represent the United States in international para ice hockey competitions throughout the 2020-21 season.
The 2021 Para Sled Hockey World Championship took place June 19-26, 2021 in Ostrava, Czech Republic. The U.S. defeated Canada, 5-1, in the gold-medal match to claim their fifth championship at the tournament. It was the second straight championship for the team.
Last season, the 2019-20 U.S. National Sled Hockey Team went 6-0-0-0-1 (W-OTW-OTL-L-T) and secured its sixth-straight Para Hockey Cup title and tournament-record eighth in the event's 13-year history. The 17-player roster included 15 returnees from the 2018-19 U.S. National Sled Hockey Team that claimed Team USA’s fourth gold medal in world championship history at the 2019 Para Ice Hockey World Championship in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
