Blue 6, White 3: In the final game of the Boys Select 17 Player Development Camp, Team Blue Edged Team White 6-3. Alexandros Gaffney collected four goals in the contest. 

White started out the game hot, scoring the game's first goal. Mackie Samoskevich was able to find the back of the net with assists to Artem Shlaine and Patrick Schmiedlin.

Blue would respond, however, with four unanswered first period goals. Ben Schoen got things started, with Gaffney scoring the next two. Mark Estapa then collected a puck right outside of the blue line, and made a slick move in to score with under a minute to go.

Shortly into the second period, Gaffney completed the hat trick with Estapa assisting.

White got back to within three on a Jack Williams goal, and early in the third made it a 5-3 game on a Patrick Schmiedlin tally.

The game was put out of reach late in the third when Gaffney collected a pass and found the twine for his fourth goal of the game.

The 2019 U.S. Under-18 Men's Select Team features 11 players who helped the U.S. Under-17 Men's Select Team to a third-place finish at the 2018 Under-17 Five Nations Tournament, held last summer in Piestany, Slovakia.
