THE LAST TIME OUT
The last time the U.S. met the Czech Republic was in the semifinals of the 2019 Para Ice Hockey World Championship back on May 3, 2019 in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
Jack Wallace (Franklin Lakes, N.J.) scored five goals and Declan Farmer (Tampa, Fla.) added five points as the U.S. National Sled Hockey Team defeated the Czech Republic, 10-2, to advance to the gold-medal game.
THE 100 CLUB
Declan Farmer (Tampa, Fla.) became the first player in sled national team history to score 100 career goals for Team USA. Farmer eclipsed that milestone with his two-goal performance against Russia on Sunday (Dec. 1) in Team USA's 2019 Para Hockey Cup debut.
GAME 1 RECAP: USA 3, RUSSIA 0
Team USA opened the 2019 Para Hockey Cup with a 3-0 win against Russia. Declan Farmer (Tampa, Fla.) scored twice, including his 100th Team USA goal, and Brody Roybal (Northlake, Ill.) added a goal and an assist, to give the U.S. its first win of the season. Steve Cash (Overland, Mo.) made four saves and earned his 47th career shutout against Russia.

The U.S. will close out the preliminary round of the 2019 Para Hockey Cup against Canada on Thursday, Dec. 4 at 5:30 p.m. ET at the Paradise Double Ice Complex in Paradise, Newfoundland.
