U.S. Women’s National Team Evaluation Camp Set For March 27-30 in Lake Placid, N.Y.

Roster for Women’s Worlds Expected To Be Announced March 31

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Hockey announced the 39 athletes who have been invited to the 2024 U.S. Women’s National Team Evaluation Camp, which will take place March 27-30 at the Lake Placid Olympic Center in Lake Placid, N.Y. 

The 2024 U.S. Women’s National Team will be named at the conclusion of camp and will compete at the IIHF Women’s World Championship in Utica, N.Y., April 3-14.

Evaluation Camp Roster

Players will be split into two teams and will compete in practices and scrimmages during the four-day camp. The group will also face Czechia in a pre-tournament game on March 30 at 7 p.m. ET at the Lake Placid Olympic Center as part of the evaluation process. 

The U.S. Women’s National Team will practice at the Lake Placid Olympic Center on April 1 (time TBD), before traveling to Utica. 

NOTES: The final roster for the U.S. Women’s National Team is expected to be announced Sunday, March 31 … John Wroblewski (Neenah, Wis.) is the head coach of the 2024 U.S. Women’s National Team. Josh Sciba (Westland, Mich.), head women’s ice hockey coach at Union College, Shari Dickerman (Richmond, Minn.), assistant women’s ice hockey coach at Minnesota State University and Brent Hill (Hamden, Conn.), assistant women’s ice hockey coach at Quinnipiac University, will serve as assistant coaches. Alli Altmann (Eagan, Minn.) is the team’s goaltending coach.
